I’m local, can I pick up my order instead of paying for shipping? 

Yes! Local pick ups are at our workshop in Brunswick, ME ! This option can be selected at checkout. You may also enter "PICKUP" at checkout for free shipping and when you're order is ready, you will receive a pick up ready email !

 

Do you accept returns? 

We accept returns on a case to case basis. We pack each product with incredible attention to detail but if your product arrives damaged, please let us know! All packages are insured and no returns will be accepted without photos of damaged box(es) and product. 

 

Custom projects and commissions are not eligible for returns. Full or partial deposits on custom orders are non-refundable - balances may be used towards other purchases.

Who pays for customs fees?

In short, you do. When a package ships internationally, it may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed (e.g. handling fees) by the destination country. These charges are typically due once the package arrives in the destination country.

In general, the buyer is responsible for paying the additional costs such as duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees. These charges can vary widely and are often based on the price and type of item, package weight and dimensions, origin country, and the taxes, duties, and fees of the destination country.

I am unfortunately not able to predict what these will be or if any will be applicable. I am not responsible for any additional charges that may apply after your final purchase.

 

How much is shipping to my country?

Shipping costs vary widely depending on weight and size of package. Please reach out for a shipping estimate if you are worried or unsure. All domestic purchases of $250 or more ship free! Freight shipments are an exception to this rule.

How long will shipping take to get to my country? 

Shipping times can be inconsistent depending on your region and the time fo year. We always do our best to get each piece out in a timely manner particularly around holidays. Although we are not responsible for ship times, please reach out of you have any concerns and we'll do out best to assist you.
